RNA-partners

Participants in the RNA project include knowledge organisations, research institutes and companies.

Knowledge organisations

The knowledge organisations (museums, libraries, etc.) have various degrees of mature reference structures in place in terms of content, which they contribute to the RNA-project. They also provide additional capacity and connections with relevant world-wide projects.

  • De Bibliotheken (The Dutch libraries), The Hague

  • Stichting Oude Groninger Kerken (Old Groningen Churches Foundation), Groningen

Research institutes

The research institutes provide research capacity, particularly in two areas: (1) the linking of reference structures to a reference continuum and their standardisation; and (2) research into, and the application of, language technology. They also provide a connection with related world-wide initiatives, for instance by participating in W3C workgroups.
